Corning Glass window trim - Had any luck installing?

Are there any vintage airstreamers out there who have tried to install Andy's stainless steel window surrounds?
The window frames on our 1967 Globetrotter, esspecially by the door are not truly square. The stainless surrounds once installed on this window, doesn't clear the window frame on the lower left corner and the upper right corner. If you try the 2 vertical side strips alone, so you are sure they are snugged up all the way on, same problem. They would look good but they aren't going to fit on the curved corning windows. We took them off that window before the parbond dried. Don't want to risk cracking the glass. :-(
