Wing vs. Pano
Hi from up the road. Bummer about the window. There isn't such a thing as "cheap" when talking about Airstreams, especially not the windows. I would venture to guess that the dealers in Seattle and San Jose quoted you a price for a much larger and more expensive "Panoramic" window, when the window you need is referred to as a "Wing" window. Smaller and less expensive.
Good luck on your next expedition! It sounds like an exciting trip, to say the least.
