Can I get "D" gasket locally?

Hi all,
Anyone know where I can get some of the "D" style gasket for windows? I'd like to get it locally and save on shipping if that's possible. I want to use it for my '67 TW door. I took off the old stuff all the way.

In fact, is the D gasket the best choice for the door?

D gasket for entry door

Ingrid, I got mine thru the local A/S dealer. It is the same one they currently use on the 2006 and 2007 trailers. Mine arrived in less than a week however if you have a local SOB trailer dealer near you I would check with them as lots of them stock this style seal. Ed

I heard about this guy . . . .

His name is Richard Rodrigues, and I think he is in California. I got samples from him, but they weren't what I was looking for.

Give him a call or send him an email. Here is a link to a previous post with contact info.

If you're talking about the rubber bulb seal with a 'D' cross section, you can usually get it from McMaster-Carr or J.C. Whitney

hmmmm...

Well I need to head out to Martinez for my "Wanderlust" book-look anyway. I'll try them.

I didn't see the gasket I need at VTS either. I'll go to a local RV place too if I don't find it at the AS dealer.
