Hi Splitrock;
I have tracked a partially busted door at R.V. Revive in Waterloo IA. The door may have been repairable but since mine was perfectly tweaked in and well insulated, I have asked Ryan to cut the top half off, crate it and ship it to me. Ryan had to brave a local snow storm but he got it to me within expected time frame. So, I got the whole thing with internal shade for $375.00 shipping and rivets included. It took some time to get it out and clean it. I had to build a tubular guide for the heads of the rivets so that I could center punch them well. Slipping drill bit can make a number on the frame. The only real issue I had was with the inner plastic frame for the shade. It was all warped from the heat. Using 1" X 1/4" aluminum flat stock I have welded a U shape frame. This frame then pinched the plastic between aluminum frame and inside of the outer skin making it for a secure installation. Today, being very warm we will make an attempt to install the door back on the trailer. Thanks, "Boatdoc"
P.S. Lewster, Thanks for great suggestion.
