68 Trade Wind - found trim for curved glass

I took a chance that a glass company in operation for a very long time might have the metal trim used on the curved side windows by Corning.

I'm very happy to report that Suburban Glass Company here in Indianapolis had one long piece, about 8 feet. The metal is aluminum.

They kept a small piece of trim from the broken rear window, to use in finding more. I will post again with results of the search. I've replaced broken front and rear windows, have one more to go, the window above the kitchen sink, street side.

Photos compare old and new. Old is on the top of the new in the photos.

In the last photo, showing the profile cut away in comparison, the bottom/new piece is a bit distorted. I think this end got compressed somehow and has some burrs. I'll have to fix that -- probably the easiest task yet!
