1987 345 road side fixed window, how to remove?

Getting near the end of most needed repairs on the 345 my son-in-law & I purchased last year after it sat for 15 years. Now I'm tackling the shattered fixed window in the living room, right behind the drivers seat. Took out the small screws on the exterior & it doesn't budge. Anyone know the secret to getting it out? I'm going to attempt replacing with Lexan, as I can't find an original. Thanks!!!
