Hi! I'm looking for a curb side wing window for the front of our 1969. Anyone have a used one for sale?

1969 wing windows are unique in that they have three right angle corners and one rounded corner. I know tinted wing windows are available for other years but I am not certain about the 69. You might check with Inland RV or Colaw RV Salvage and see what they have.

Regards,

Kevin

I'm sure you'll pay as much for the window as you would a rock guard. Sorry to hear.

You can use a regular clear wing window, if you add a small piece of sheet metal to hide the outside lower corner. It's easy to install with a few rivets.

A clear replacement wing window costs less than half of a 69 wing window.

Andy- what is a clear replacement window? Are you saying to use a 70 and up glass window and add the patch? I also need this window for my 69.

The problem with a 1969 wing window, is the square outside lower corner.

Because of that, it's very expensive.

If you use a 1970 wing window, which is the same, except for the outside lower corner, and the small aluminum plate, you will save at least $ 200.00.

Most owners of a 1969 Airstream, have chosen to use that plate when a wing window must be replaced.
