I'm giving this a bump as we also have old Hehr windows. A better description might help, weird is kind of generic. Have you tried the hose to see where its coming in. Loose or unsealed rivets or actual window seals ?

I struggled with leaks on mine. Then I sealed the around the rain gutters (or whatever you call them) over the top of the windows with Tempro. I haven't noticed a problem since.

1+ to what Thalweg said. I had minor leaks onto the interior surface of both my front and back windows - none at all since I sealed the eyebrows above the windows with Acryl-R.

One of my street side windows leaked like a sieve.
I sealed it, put in a new gasket and it still leaked.
Very frustrating to say the least.
When I removed the TV antenna from the roof and patched the hole left by the antenna my leaky window quit leaking. And has never leaked again.

In my experience ANY of the end cap seams can cause the window to leak. I sealed my entire endcap before the leaks stopped. I think what happens is the water runs down the seam and exits at the window. Good luck!

Hi read your post, I have the same issue, did you seal the in or outside of the endcap. Water is coming in between the window frame. Click image for larger version

A pal has been fighting the same leak. He had loose rivets way up the endcap. As stated, water runs down between the segment overlaps and drips out at the top of the window.

One way is to stick a small suction cup over the rivet. If it stays stuck, itís not leaking. If it falls off quickly, itís time for Captain Tollyís Creeping Crack Cure....

Thanks just order captain tolly's creeping crack cure, never heard of it! Today I discovered that the major leaking is from the last panel on the outside probably the seam , I taped all the rivets with ducktape en water still coming in, last option the seam... In the front are some leaking rivets. Really appreciating you help, we looking for weeks to find the issue. For the seams what's the best product trempro 635 ? Thanks Michael

Look at the thread about sealants. This covers all possible uses.

I have not had a leak issue(yet) so the best I can suggest is look at that thread...
