We keep getting locked in our 68 Caravel equipped with Bargman Door Lock Set. Any suggestions on how to remedy this situation?

Do not use the trailer until the doors are fixed. Trapped during a fire is a real danger.

I suppose the OP realizes than turning the knob to the right (inside) locks the door. Turning left opens the door. From outside, left or right twist opens the door. My wife forgets this and often times cannot get the door to open.

1968 Overlander we also have this problem. We removed the knob and sprayed WD40 in the lock seems to have helped.
