Want to add a "smart" door lock to a '93 Classic

Anyone know if this has been done? I'm living full-time in a 30' Classic and am a tech nerd. I have a deadbolt with keypad on my house and would like something similar on airstream.

Interesting idea. I'm sure those smart door locks are made to be weatherproof, but, full time in the sun, rain, road grime, and not even the slightest of overhang to protect it might not be the service duty they designed then for. I'd stick with mechanical.

Is your deadbolt mounted on the body at the top of a handle or is it in the door. On my '91 its part of the handle by the door. I'm not sure I can find an electronic lock that will replace it?

There is one company that I know of that makes electronic door locks for trailers. Unfortunetly they will not fit Aistreams.
