Screen door 1979 Sovereign

We just bought a 1979 Sovereign, and were disappointed that the screen door was missing. Does anyone have one, or know where we could get one?

One door hinge or two?

I have a pretty nice one hinge door that I don't use.

If it would work for you you can have it, but Getting it to BC might be fun.

What's left of ours appears to be a two-hinge screen door - but we'd gladly take yours off of your hands for all costs of shipping & handling. If it's a matter of only the
hinges, I am sure we can make it work by means of fabricating new parts. What do you think - would it work? We can use an address in Northern Washington state for pick up.

Hopefully it will work out, maybe the hinges from your old door might play?

The door is 27" x 65" with tge hinge removed.

To be properly packed for shipping it will require a box about 29" x 67" x 6". The weight will be about 25lbs.

I can accomplish the packing for no charge if you want to proceed.

Let me know and I will get it packed, measured, and weighed.

Presently the door has some nice plexiglass inserts over the screen. It is a pretty nice door that will clean up well.

We are going to measure the door tomorrow and will get back to you.
We won't need the hinge, as our broken hinges are still there.
If you need any furnace parts, we are removing ours - which looks intact and probably still works. The entire interior of ours is being gutted, so let us know if you need anything for yours.

The door is going to fit your trailer no doubt. You will need to work out the hinges, but it will fit.

I may take you up on that furnace for my 75. I will think on it for a while.

Monday I will get the door packed up, measured and weighed so you can arrange for shipping.

Agent 86 are you going to get rid of the hinge, I bought a screen door that originally had two hinges mounted to it. I am needing a hinge for a 1971 Sovereign that has the single hinge on the door. Trying to figure best way to fill the holes on the double hinge screen , do you have any suggestions. Thanks Jim

If OP has no objection, I would be glad to send you the hinge.

As far as the old holes go, I would probably fill them with pop rivets or screws.
