bummer, but we've all done this a time or two...

or soon will.

from your casini photos it looks like just an indentation/crease in the lower door?

are the frame/hinges undamaged?

IF that's the extent of the door damage this skin section ON the door can be replaced.

that would be a much simpler repair than removing the door/frame and doing a complete replacement.

and it would look better too.

you really don't want the door frame drilled out and removed from the skin...

unless absolutely necessary. it will NOT look exactly as new/original after total replacement.

IF the shop cannot do this section, the door could be removed from the hinge and shipped to j/c and that section reskinned.

just another idea...

all of the true things that i am about to tell you are shameless lies. l.b.j.

we are here on earth to fart around. don't let anybody tell you any different. k.v.

Hey Tim, nice to hear from ya, Hope your summer is going well. Of course I'm looking forward to next year!

As for the door, the bottom hinge got smashed in. Thankfully the door was still functional, it was just hard to open/close. I just got off the phone with the body shop and they just recieved the new door but they said the crate or whatever it gets shipped in was banged up and they were just now looking for damage to the door
