KT Lock dis/ re- assembly

I have 2 KT locks that I need to make into one. The first is a complete lock with a broken latch flange on the lock housing body, with key, from my 71 Trade Wind. The second is a good body and latch with no mechanism other than the tumblers, and no key, from a 70's Argosy.

I am looking for any advice on disassembly and reassembly so that hopefully I end up with one complete working lock.
