Did you ever sell bargman lock you found? Is it for sale all I really need is the tumbler.

Sorry, boeingboy, the lock and handles are long gone. See post #26 of this thread.
The L-77 lock and handles are pretty much extinct. The only solution I know of is to replace the lock or find someone who can fabricate a handle. I believe Inland RV has a replacement kit for the lock.
Good luck.

Sorry about being a smart ***. Just thought you should be aware that the post was very old.

bargman 77

Does anyone know if the handle from a 66 horizontal model will work in a 77?

The 66 lock was made by Bargman.

The 77 lock is an Airstream exclusive and was made by KT, and now by Airstream.

I doubt that you can make an adaption.

Many dealers carry parts for the KT lock.

But if your talking about the Bargmann 77, that is an entirely different lick.

The L-66 and L-77 handles are not interchangeable.

My 77 handle is broken off about half way down..if i had a 66 handle could I cut it off and weld/braze it to my handle to fix it? Is the bottom part of 66 handle same as 77 handle in other words?

No, they are different.

The inside handles are available for your KT lock.
