Exterior Door Movement

I have noticed that the exterior door sags, and hits the striker plate on the body of the coach lower than it should. There is not lots of wear on the guides by the striker plate, so I am assuming I am catching a new issue. I grabbed the door and pulled up on it and there seems to be about 1/8 to a 1/4 inch movement in the door at the striker plate. The wear is in the hinge or the hinge pin. What is more likely to be worn? And is replacement difficult? The unit is a 1966 Overlander. And it sat for about 5 years, untill I bought in April 2002.
