Those are great instructions, but not for your 75.

The door frame is different and so is the lock.

Interesting. Where did that publication come from?

It is dated June 2009 so I presume it is referring to late model (2000era) units.

Is there any indication it is just for specific years and/or models?

My interest is in vintage (70s era) but will peruse this more carefully and see if there are many or any similarities.

Thanks for posting it.

I just wanted to share that I used the Airstream Tech instructions in this thread to correct the problems I was having with my entrance door. The door now works very well. I was about to take a trip to Jackson Center to correct my door problems.

Is there a library of these sort of Airstream Tech instructions somewhere that we all can get to?

Will this work for a '92 Excella? I have a similar problem with my door. Any help would be appreciated.

Mine is not bad. I will get photos this evening. The top seal is away from the door frame approx. 3/8" and the bottom is only out about 1/4"

These instructions were also in the owner's manual of my 2004 25' Safari.

My door has an air leak at the bottom, but I don't think I want to completely de-rivit it to fix. I'm going to work on an additional thin strip of weatherstripping foam.

Thoughts?

Don
