Entry door lockset

I'm in need of a new lokset for my 65 GT. It is set up for knob with separate deadbolt below. The locks appear to have a 4 3/4 to 5" setback. [see pictures] In searching the forums, I dont see any reference to this set back dimension. Is anyone familiar with this and what may be available? Thanks, Jim
