Look at the backside of the hinge, on the door side. You may have to partially remove an inside panel to gain access.

The more important question, is "why" does it need adjustment? Vibration, maybe?

On my 95 Classic the star washers on the inside of the door frame rusted, thus causing free play. I had to remove the inside door trim and cut an access panel using a dremel in order to get to the nuts. I replaced the nuts with nylock nuts, that was 6 years ago.
