Double Parlor Doors on Airstream??
I received a msg today from someone that listed that they have a double door "liner". I immediately get overly excited and went looking for what I had hoped was an instant solution to my problem. It wasn't to be however. While the liner does have two doors they are not "Freedom" (French) or parlor doors. I have a unique intention of using my trailer as both cargo and living quarters for setting up at knife and gun shows and would like to have a double wide entry door in order to get my showcases loaded into the front end of my trailer.
Has anyone ever done this? My cases do fit through a 36" door however. Has anyone ever stretched a door width? Problems?
I would prefer not to hear suggestions about a drop ramp or drop down access door. I want to keep the lines as clean as possible and not have to sacrifice both sides of the trailer's front end for doors.
Any advice would be appreciated.
