Door trim is coming loose

The door trim on the inside of my 1976 Argosy is coming loose on the upper left side. How would I go about fixing it?

I see that no one responded to your question on this repair.

Perhaps if you post a picture showing the problem, someone familiar with your year trailer will speak up and will offer ways to fix it.

Personally, I have never owned a trailer from the 70's and have no idea how the trim was fastened to the door.
