Question door in a bind

70 Safari LY with a one hinged door. It seems to be getting into a bind more and more. It gets harder to shut every time. Last weekend the bolt that hold the inside handle broke because I have to turn it then pull hard to get it to latch shut. How do you shimmy the door back into place?

Lube the hinge with "silicone spray." LOTS OF IT, again and again and again.
Eventually, it will free itself.
