Bathroom door vibrates open while on the road - need ideas

We have a new 2012 16' Sport. The bathroom door looks to fit the opening well and works fine when stopped, but when driving down the road it vibrates open. When you shut it and then pull lightly, or bump against it from the inside, it pushes open whether locked on not. The latch doesn't seem to go in far enough and just pushed in and releases too easy. I am not near a dealer, so was wondering if this is a common problem. Also wondering if it can be fixed by possibly extending the striker plate out slightly, or maybe there is some type of hinge adjustment I'm not aware of. Its not a big problem in light of the fact that everything else is working so well, but certainly don't want it to swing open and cause damage going down the road. Seems like I should be able to get it to stay shut without adding any other latches or velcro. Thanks, Glenn
