Bargman L-77 Door Handle Lock Assembly

Dear Persons,

I am searching for a Bargman L - 77 vertical door handle lock assembly for my 1959 Airstream Traveler.

Anyone know of a source or have one?

Thanks,

Bob Parker

Inland RV (Andy) or Vintage Trailer Supply, I think.

doesn't exist.
the item on VTS is only the cylinder.
i've heard of people who would trade their children/spouse for one of these, maybe even a left arm or leg.
once every 7-1/2 years one shows up on ebay.

(oh and welcome to the forums)

Oh, sorry...I thought he was just asking for the lock assembly.
Bob, if you decide you just want some new handle... then tell me. I'll buy your L-77.

Several years ago, there was a thread started regarding getting new handles made if enough folks showed an interest in buying one. I'm fairly sure this didn't happen though. Maybe there's enough interest now.

I remember reading that. I thought VTS had said they were going to make one... and I was thinking it wasn't that long ago... 2009, maybe. I can't find the thread now.

Bargman L-77

Found the thread! I wonder if it's still in the works or not:

Let me know if I can answer any questions. I'm also open to advice!
