78 Sovereign needs upper door hinge

We have a 78 Soviergn that the upper hinge pin is completely sheared at the upper hinge point. Do I replace the whole hinge or just the pin? Looks like hinge removal will destroy the weather seal (which could use replacement anyway...I hope the other hinge screws are under there...) Any ideas? Thanks, "Off The Map in New Mexico"
