76 Sovereign - closet door hinges?

The PO removed both of our closet doors in our 76 Sovereign and we need to get them back up. The original hinges appear to have sat above and below the doors rather than on the outside. Does anyone know where I can find these hinges?

The original hinges are really light duty - especially after 30+ years.

I have replaced all of mine with piano hinges available at most hardware/big box stores.

Be careful how you position them as you will have only a fraction of an inch to prevent interference from one door to the other. I mounted mine with only two screws in each hinge side to "feel out" the correct placement. If you do all three doors, make sure all three are clear from interference from one another prior to putting all of the screws in the hinges.
