Try sending this picture, and perhaps one of the intact part to Blaine window hardware. www.blainewindow.com Their online catalog is hard to navigate.
I have also seen these at www.all-rite.com, but only in red. I'd call and find out if they are available in aluminum color.

I have an almost identical one on my '61 Bambi. Found a replacement at ... ta da... Home Depot. You must replace the entire fixture not just the handle. It is grey and a touch longer and less curved. Not an issue if nothing is in the way. i had to cut a space out of my bed/couch platform because it pulls out in front of the door and the bottom handle.
