'59 Flying Cloud door handle, latch

Hi All,
Does anybody have a source for a door handle for a 22', 1959 Flying Cloud. The PO removed the whole thing and replaced it with a pull handle and hasp, plus a screen door latch inside, it's just not cutting it.

A replacement that is not original would be fine. The one that InlandRV stocked they are either out of or I was told by them, it too often doesn't fit and they get returns. Thanks for any help.

Oh and another thing, are any of you folks based out of Bishop, CA like me? I could use a little rennovation help.

If it looked like this then you're "out of luck".
Apparently you can get a replacement key cylinder but not the assembly.
There has been discussions about getting someone to make them again but nothing yet.
I personally have been watching eBay for a couple years to see if one comes up and nothing yet.
You could cover the existing hole w/an aluminum plate/sheet and then re-cut for something new . . . or keep waiting for one to show up on eBay and then try and out bid me.
Take Care,

Got a picture of what you need Jim?

Mark - I'm amazed you still haven't been able to locate a latch assembly. I always look when I'm in RV places but so far nothing other than the one I had that's not correct.

Life is short - so is the door on a '51 Flying Cloud (ouch)
