As I'm loading up for our upcoming trip I noticed that there rust around the rivets on the interior skin of our entrance door. They seem to be a bit damp so I'm assuming it is taking on water and not from condensation. I just washed and waxed the trailer this morning. Pretty frustrating since I was just took it to the dealer last week to repair a fresh water issue.
I'm wondering if anyone else has experienced a leak in the door of a newer unit.

I have the same trailer only a 2012. Not sure how you could get rust around a rivet as they are either aluminum or stainless steel...and if it's on the inside and it's wet, then for sure something is leaking. Since you're under warranty this is something you definitely want your dealer to check out and fix.
I'm pretty sure the rust is from the inside panel that is probably steel painted grey, not the rivets themselves. Looking things over further, there is a couple inch gab in the door handle with no sealant. I'll try to get it back to the dealer next week and see if they can get it resealed and also if they recommend taking the door apart to either replace or air out the wet insulation so it doesn't get moldy.
