Antenna and hf radio install

As earlier promised I have posted a few pictures of my radio and antenna install on my towvee. I don't know how yet to put pix into message so the pictures are in the photo, found by searching dreamstreamr.

Happy New Year to all,

Jim

Jim-Nice clean install! I think the SWR meter on the dash is a great idea...get it right up there where you can see it without taking your eyes off the road very much. You'll really need to keep a close eye on that while tuning your High Sierra. I hope the Prodigy doesn't QRM your FT-857 when you hit the brakes!

Coax Routing Help

Has anyone installed a RG-58 coax via the refer chimney?
How did you get it under the cover and threw the hardware cloth covering the opening?

Thanks!

Just drill out the rivets carefully, in the cover and remove it, the coax may pass through the hardware colth if not snip a wire or two then feed it. Reattach the cover with bulb type rivets.
