What does the CB antenna bracket on your Airstream trailers look like?

cb antenna

The best, easiest, and cleanest mount for yours is to go to radio shack, purchase one of their gutter mounts (hard to find-maybe use on-line) . Attach it to your refridgerator vent cap. You can run the coax through the vent, then the side of the flu to the back side of your cabinets where you can pull it to the mount point of your radio. You might cinsider using a center load antenna about 2' tall. After mounting, make sure you set yuor SWR's while sitting in an open area away from tress, houses, wires etc. The gutter mount is clean, allows for low hanging objects as it can fold backward with no damage. you can then use a telescoping paint stick or similar to push it back upright from the ground. The mount alone is approx $10.
Good luck,
jerry
