Smile Satellite TV ??
Was wondering if anyone has any suggestions on a roof mounted satellite dish (Dish or Direct TV) vs portable? Any experience with? We have a 2013 27 ft Flying Cloud. Headed to Alaska in September

use the
dish receiver with the portable tailgater antenna.....

works great for us,,,....

Portable with long cable. You will need the flexibility to maneuver the dish away from trees and such to zero in on the satellite.

We have directv and a roof mounted automatic HD traveler antenna. We love it and I have never had problems with trees. Directv lets me get all the football games on Sunday, and we have Directv at the house, so our decision was easy.
