Installing XM radio in a 1999 30' WB

We want to add XM to the existing stereo (we like the A/B speaker arrangement, and don't want to buy a whole new unit). Anybody done this on a 1999 30 Excella WB?

Where do you put the exterior antenna? Where do you run the wires?

I set the indoor antenna in whichever window is facing south and set the receiver so it transmits wirelessly to the fm radio in the music system.
