Avoid invictus wireless

I am trying to improve our ability to receive and actually use wifi when on the road. I made the mistake of asking this company 2 questions about their product.

I asked 2 questions. What does the bullet ad to an antenna when it comes to signal and when do you need the 2.4 or the 5.0

The response I got from Rick lidehl (sorry if that is spelled wrong) was offensive.

Your lack of knowledge on the subject and the fact that you spent over an hour with Ubiquiti without getting anywhere generally says that you need more wireless education or someone to just do it for you. This hardware is very low cost and is supported mostly by online information and their forum along with reseller partners like ourselves but we generally require a fee for help beyond about 10~15 minutes on the phone so I would suggest learning more on the subject or be willing to pay someone to help you. There are literally hundreds of ways to do what you are asking but it all starts with know the hardware and narrowing down what might work for your application.

If my experience is typical avoid these jerks at all cost.

Hate to say it but when I read a post like this I think that there is going to be more to the story.
