Two parts to the radio antenna '14 25' FC?

We need to order a replacement radio antenna (the small, thin, black one on the roof). We noticed we'd lost the original but the base is still on the AS. Wondering if the replacement will be in two parts. Can we just purchase/replace the upper part? Don't want to disturb the existing base if not necessary.

TY

Did you ever get an answer to this? I have the same problem. My antenna rotted off (my newer Bambi 2014). It just fell off. There is a stub left. I can get a new one but unsure how to remove/replace. And since there is a wire showing in the description of the new part, where do I find the old wire. How? I'm new to this repair stuff on the AS and would appreciate any advice. Thank you.

2015 22FB. We had our antenna mast disappear on the way home. I took the "stub" to Auto Zone. They had replacements. I unscrewed the top of the stub and found aprox 1 inch of "all thread" that unscrewed from the top of stub. This all thread screwed into the replacement mast. I put a little sealer around the stub to keep moisture out. I then reassembled the stub to the roof mount. The radio again receives a signal. I got the replacement mast that has a amplifier built in.

Mine rotted off as well. What's up with that?

***Can I leave the stub in place and just replace the part of the missing mast? Do I have to remove the whole thing?

Same problem, Autozone has the replacement for less than $10. It comes with adapters. Screws right on to original antenna mount. Easy fix.

Great! Got it for $12.99 though. Now to figure out to get on my roof to install it. :-)
