TV Antenna?

Would like to replace my current directional flat panel fold-down antenna with an omnidirectional type.

Looking for suggestions on which brands/models others have and been pleased with.

My gratitude.

Keep in mind that according to us Ham Radio operators, an omnidirectional antenna is defined as one that performs equally badly in all directions...

I replaced the original fold-down batwing antenna with a King Jack rotating directional antenna mounted in the same area.

This antenna does not need to fold down, but still can be rotated and aimed for the best signal.

I am looking to do the same. How difficult was it to remove old and install your new antenna? Does it attach to you the same rotation of the original antenna in ceiling?
Thanks..

Sorry, but I have not done this retrofit yet. Still debating on which unit and the replies here have been next to nil.
I am an amateur radio op so am familiar with the Omni directional drawbacks. but, I can live through that to have better reception within my range than what I get with the old current antenna. I also wish to delete the need to crank up and down and rotate the antenna.
Many here in my current RV park have the King Omni Pro and the Winegard Roadstar. They are all receiving about 25 more channels than am I on my old (original maybe) crank up directional unit.
Will likely wait until home for the Summer to do this project, but was hoping for more help on brands/models being used, pros/cons, best and worst, etc.

TV Antenna?

King Jack uses the same hole in the roof and cable. Biggest pain is getting the crank handle off the old one, then it basically falls apart. I used a large King Jack baseplate to cover the old mounting holes.
Do need to work on both top and inside interior roof so pick good weather
