Good luck with that! LED's caused problems in numerous applications that were not anticipated. I suppose eventually most of these will be resolved, but just one of the downsides to introducing new technology. I am sure it is aggravating but I have bigger issues with Airstream.

We love our Airstream...I'm just alarmed that they would respond in such a manner.
I would have accepted if they said, yes we are aware of the issue and we are working on a solution to resolve the component failure and will notify you with the corrective steps.

But as of now, it's yes we are aware of the issue, but now it's your problem.

I spent way too much money for this trailer to this type of response.

We all spent too much on these trailers for what we got and for Airstream's attitude. But it is what it is.

FCC has standards for allowable emissions from “digital devices” which include anything that uses a digital waveform like a switching voltage regulator as used in LED lights and dimmers. It is illegal to sell products that do not comply. Look for an FCC compliance sticker on the light faxture. If you don’t see one ask Airstream why not.

The fixtures are claimed by the manufacturer to be compliant to the relevant FCC standards. Like pretty much every LED bulb out there, in weak signal environments ... they may cause issues. They are 100% legal, but ....

The people to talk to are the ones at the FCC.
