Stud Mount TV Mount on Shower Wall???

I have a 2015 Eddie Bauer 27FB. The existing tv bracket is on the bedroom wall that shares the shower. It has (4) silver screws that I'm going to guess are nutted on the other side of the wall?? (thats a guess)

Has anyone removed or replaced this bracket?

The goal is to replace this bracket with the following one that rotates from portrait to landscape mode (90 degrees):

Crimson A40 | Rotating TV Wall Mounts | TV Wall Mount Brackets

The new bracket is meant to mount to a stud, which I'm guessing the wall on the EB isn't thick enough and I don't want to drill into the shower by accident. I'm thinking I'll make a new underlay plate with a bunch of shallow screws, but not sure how shallow to make them.

The whole point of this is that I got a 40" 4K UHD Samsung television that will fit up against the wall if rotated 90 degrees.

I attached a photo of the existing mount (albeit upside down).

2008 safari shower wall tv mount

I similar issue where I wanted to mount a TV in bedroom using the adjacent
shower wall. I was also concerned about piercing the shower enclosure and decided to remove the wall to see if it could support a TV. I am glad I did.

See the video link of what I did. It been about a year and so far no issues.

Clearance shower to wall

Did Bedroom walls in covering, Id say the screws are no greater than 5/8" The hole here is where the Dometic thermostat to the wall and shower could be 1/4" clearance Stay with existing wood screws you will have enough meat.

I wanted to mount a grab rail near the door but that wall is blind with the shower. Also, the plywood Airstream uses didn't feel very solid. So I used "threaded inserts". You drill a slightly larger hole, screw in the threaded insert using a hex wrench, and then a 1/4 x 20 machine screw goes in that. It's really very strong!

This video was very helpful, thank you!

I already have a TV on that wall in my 25FB Globetrotter but the wall is getting loose where it meets the rounded corner trim. How did you attach the wall on that left side? Brad nails?

Thanks again.
