Satellite REeceiver in 27 FB international

I've just purchased a 27 FB International and am wondering where and how to install a Dish Network receiver (not the antenna) in the coach. The satellite wiring goes into the cabinet but I'd rather not take out the receiver from the cabinet each time I wish to use it.
Any suggestions?

When I had that floorplan I mounted it on the underside of the dinette, using brackets from Radio Shack (normally used in the car stereo world). (Some dealer service departments have used velcro, but I wasn't comfortable with that). It will be out of the way, the remote control will have good "line-of-sight" from the bedroom, and your dinette table can still be lowered if necessary. The disadvantage is that you will sacrifice some legroom beneath the dinette.

Would it make sense to put it up in the overhead cabinet, above the dinette, on a little board/ spacer or shelf of some kind so that you could use your remote with it? then you would only have to slide the cabinet door open a little to expose the IR sensor. And it would be out of obvious sight when you wanted, without having to move it.

Mounted mine under dinette seat compartment on a home made bracket an added an IR repeater, couldn't work better.

Check your remote. Some DISH receivers have a short antenna on the rear and the remote to receiver is actually UHF, no line of sight needed. The IR lights on the front of those remotes are for the TV, etc. The typical DISH receivers draw about 50-100w, so reasonable ventilation is needed. I've been looking for a suitable bracket to mount mine against the wall under the dinette, primarily since this is where the the existing cable port is.

I just had my DirecTV receiver and Winegard controller custom installed in the cabinet above the refrigerator. It fits perfectly and works via a IR remote control so that everything is clean and discreet.
