running HDMI cable

I have a 2008 19' bambi that came with a sony disc changer and head unit (in overhead cabinet) connected by an RCA cable to the TV (above fridge). I am upgrading to blu ray and need to run an HDMI cable as well. I will still need the RCA to run audio from the TV back to the head unit for playback on the coach speakers.
I am trying to figure out the best way to run a new HDMI cable. Is there some sort of conduit the factory RCA cable runs through that could be utilized? Or, would you have to remove paneling inside to run new cable.
Thanks for the help-

Hi Mep. We faced a similar issue for our prior 2011 FC unit. We were told by our dealer that the only choices were to remove panels, or run the HDMI cable discretely through the living space. We decided to do neither. Best, Joe

Go wireless. That's what we did when we added a tv to the back bedroom in our 2014 23D international. Best Buy for 140.00 and you are done. Easy

Thanks for the replies.
GMFL, were you able to wirelessly connect a blu ray player to your TV? Or, are you streaming off something else like your phone.
Thanks
