Does anyone know how to get this off? It looks like its glued to the wall by the door/pantry. were doing som AV wiring and it would be easier if it was off. Thanks!

Eazy - schmeezy...

Inspect the rack on the left side, the side closest to the door, you will see that the end plate is doubled, that is, two pieces of wood side by side.....

You want to get something thin and flat like a putty knife between the two pieces and gently pry them apart... they are stapled together.

Once you have them apart, you will see the screws that are holding the rack to the shell on the inside piece.

The screws on the far right that hold the rack to the bulkhead are obvious and should present no problem.

If you are careful when straightening the staples out, you can re-install the piece by aligning the staples and original holes and gently tapping the piece back into place.

Care must be taken not to strip the screw holes in the shell. Examine the fit before re-installation to determine if larger screws should be used.

Not a big deal.... Good Luck !

Thanks! It sounds so simple but we couldn't figure out how the left side was attached.
Thanks again!

No problem.... glad to help. It is a little befuddling if you haven't gone in there before. Airstream did a nice job with the finish work in that area and makes the whole thing look like it grew there.

Give me a shout if you run into any trouble and if not, at least let me know how you make out !

Good Luck & God Bless !
