Question power question

I finally got my TV and DVD hooked up last night. I noticed that the brightness on the TV kept changing. Is this an indication of power fluctuations? I am hooked up to 30amp service in a campground.

Thanks!

IS your AC runner? the compressor on that turns on and off and could account for it. Other than that is might be a power flux with all the other RV's hooked up.

does the tv self adjust based on the room lighting? a volt meter would tell you if it is voltage fluctuations.

anything to regulate power

Thanks...

Is there anything I can get to regulate the power inside or at least to certain outlets where sensitive equipment is plugged in? Would a UPS work?

ups=more batteries

that's all it is. check this out:
Surge Guard RV Voltage Regulators - Product - Camping World

this or something like it will help out. notice the cost.
If you have a 12v powered television (TV on this forum usually means tow vehicle) the power is filtered over the coach batteries and that will keep the voltage constant. or, you can use an adequately sized inverter generator that provides ripple/surege/sag free AC.
$ will solve any problem.
be cool
