Power plug for Winegard GM-1518

For all you electronics Airstreamers...

I'm looking for a name or supplier for the rectangular male plug on the cord that fits into the Winegard Carryout GM-1518 Antenna. My cord is good except the male plug is separating from the wire. There is a rubber boot that has torn apart. There is no need to throw away a good 50 foot cord, if I could replace the plug.

I called Winegard Customer Service and they won't provide the name of the plug/receptical so I could locate elsewhere.

Any ideas??

My cord had the same problem. Winegard replaced the cord.

I found a post on another forum that sounds like Winegard provided help to someone with the same problem. You might want to follow up and see if they can do anything for you.

Otherwise, one of the previous posts on that site said that they were looking at replacing the defective connector with Amphenol parts (a manufacturing company that specializes in connector bodies, pins and sockets for high-end electronics and military-grade electronics). This might be an alternative.
