No radio reception

We are working on a new to us 2010 FC23 FB. We purchased it from a reputable dealer but it seems that maybe this one is one they forgot to go through. Everything has been minor and they have been good on parts. Just too far away to take it back and have them fix all the little issues. I think we were so happy to have it and needed to get down the road that we did not check things close enough. Embarrassed to admit we didn't turn on the radio before we pulled away and did not even try it the first trip. Pulled it out this spring and no reception and antenna just a nub. They sent a new antenna but still no reception. From seeing the antenna coax length there must be a splice somewhere between the antenna and the radio because the coax is definitely not long enough to reach the radio. Does anybody know where that is at or any other trouble shooting advice.

I checked the coax from the radio to the antenna with an ohm meter and there was no conductivity. Either the coax is broke or somewhere a connection has come apart. Has anyone ever replaced the antenna or the coax cable? Looks like you would have to take some of the inside sheets down to fix.

Just in case someone else has the same problem. Coax was good, ends were bad. Put a new end on at the radio. enlarged the hole behind the bathroom ceiling light to access the roof antenna. Replaced the antenna and spliced into the coax and radio works.
