If it works on antenna, wiring is OK. Are the two TVs the same? Did you select cable as the scan type in the back? The cable/antenna switch is before the splitter in the control panel so if antenna works, cable should too. Need to have antenna selected as source on TV not HDMI. You probably know all this, but thought I'd ask.
