Thumbs up

DW purchased this Sharp......because it was the right "color"!!!!

"the right color...what kind of reason is that!!!?"

It HAS to match the AS accoutrements after all.

Well it turned out to be a GREAT reason, along with a Sony Blu-ray it's a perfect addition.

Was also considering one with a built-in DVD but a little research also turned up the reliability concerns with the built-in player.

So when is this..."old enough to know better" supposed to kick in?

So I am looking for a replacement and would like to move up to a 22". Here are a couple of options that I have found so far. Sharp LC22DV27UT 22-Inch LCD HDTV with Built-In DVD Player, Black: Electronics Vizio 22" Class 720p 60Hz LCD HDTV, VA220E: TVs

Any thoughts or suggestions. I will be hooked of to satellite and my go to an HD box.

The search is still on.

Here is the insignia 22" at best buy

Insignia™ 22" Class / 1080p / 60Hz / LED-LCD HDTV : Insignia

Here is a 24" AOC by Envision

AOC L24H898 specs and Flat-panel TV specifications - CNET Reviews

Both full HD in the the $240 to $260 range

I looked at the AOC at Fry's and it had very good picture quaility and decent speakers.

I bought it from I am very pleased with it. Great picture. I will mount it on the wall using the same wall mount that I had on my old TV. I will be bring the A/S home in a week or so and will send some pictures.
