How to run wires for TV components in my 2011 30' International

My main TV is mounted on the bathroom wall. I would like to install a BluRay player and satellite box. The hall closet seems the likely spot but other than going underneath the trailer I don't see a way to run HDMI cables etc. is there another location? If not any tips on wiring. Thanks!
