How do I open my 92 Excella Speakers

I need to remove my existing speakers, but I'm not sure how they come apart. Can anyone tell me?

Oh that's way to simple! These speakers are soon to be history for me, but I don't like to force things and maybe someone else will want them. My Sincere Thanks Alan for both the advice and the offer.
