Thanks Richinny....I actually have it installed back on the mast. It won't come back off or snap down the rest of the way. It may take more force. The directions say to push down hard while turning it and wait to hear the snap of it seating on the mast. There are two scribe lines....both need to be covered after it is seated on the mast. One is still showing. I have made it this far....I will win this one
