Damaged Television

We came home from a trip when we found the tv had fallen apart during the drive. Tv screen fell right out of casing. It is a samsung that came with trailer 19 ft AI. Has this happened to anyone else?

I think I have read something on here a while back about this happening to someone else. You can try to reassemble or just replace with something else.

I recall a couple of members posting that this happened to them some time last year. I believe one glued it back together and the other ended up buying a new TV. They have gotten so inexpensive that manufacturers under warranty consider them disposable and no longer repair, they replace.

Hi

The market for < 50" TV's has become focused only on low cost over the last couple of years. Simply finding a good TV in the small(er) sizes is not as easy as it once was.

My bedroom TV fell apart on our first trip. Neither Airstream or the dealer would do anything about it. I replaced it with another POS TV that was screwed together. I also got rid of the articulated arm it was mounted on.
