Cool Old Antenna Refurb Question

Below is the photo of a cool antenna I am trying to figure out how to water proof. It works mechanically and provides a great signal but leaks. Does anyone know what it is, or have bought or made grommets or seals to keep it from leaking? Everything rubber has disintegrated. By the way, the curtain on the right is free for the pick up.
Thanks

It is a Braund Skyliner TV antenna. Parts are available from Out of Doors Mart and I found the seals on Ebay. You can google it and find a complete parts breakdown. They are a very good antenna, and in my 1976 Sovereign they were used as the radio antenna also. I rebuilt mine before selling the '76. Good luck, Chris
